Qualifying is now open for The VR Challenger League from Oculus, Intel and ESL. The competition is open across North America and Europe, with a $200K prize pool.
First announced in the PC Gaming E3 pre-show, players and teams will compete in The Unspoken and Echo Arena on Oculus Rift. The Unspoken online qualifiers are underway now, with Echo Arena starting on 24th August.
The online qualifiers then feed into a series of regional finals:
- 11 - 12 October: Oculus Connect
- 28 - 29 October: ESL One Hamburg
- 18 - 19 November: IEM Oakland
- 30 November - 3 December: DreamHack Winter
All of that leads up to the main event at IEM Katowice in Poland, February and March 2018.
