Loyalty & Bonus Manager

At Veikkaus, we're looking for an experienced Loyalty & Bonus Manager to shape our future bonus capabilities and drive more effective customer engagement.

This permanent, full-time role is based at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. Our hybrid model includes three on-site days per week, with at least one on a Monday or Friday.

About The Role

As Loyalty & Bonus Manager, you'll join our Customer & Loyalty team in a senior, hands-on role combining bonus management, analytical thinking and commercial understanding.

You'll take ownership of our bonus development, bringing in industry best practices and preparing new bonus models and mechanics for launch in the second half of 2027. Alongside this, you'll manage our customer benefits and promotions, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Data and customer insights will guide your work. You'll use analytics to identify opportunities, plan targeted activations and improve results, working closely with CRM, marketing, analytics and business teams.

What You'll Get To Work On

• Bonus strategy and development: Shape our bonus models, mechanics and ways of working, bringing in industry best practices. 
• Bonus and benefits management: Manage existing customer benefits, prize draws and promotions, ensuring effective day-to-day operations. 
• Data-driven activation and optimisation: Use customer data, segmentation and performance insights to plan targeted activations and improve results. 
• Testing and experimentation: Develop and test new bonus and engagement concepts, turning learnings into more effective activations. 
• Loyalty development and collaboration: Contribute to loyalty programme development and drive initiatives across teams. 

What Success Looks Like After 12 Months

• You've established a clear direction and strong foundation for our new bonus capabilities, drawing on industry best practices. 
• Customer data and insights actively guide activation planning, targeting and optimisation. 
• You've introduced a test-and-learn approach that turns experiments into measurable improvements. 
• You've improved the effectiveness of existing customer benefits and promotions while preparing new bonus mechanics for launch. 

You'll thrive in this role if you have

• Strong experience in bonus management, reward mechanics or customer promotions, ideally within iGaming. 
• 6–8 years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM or digital marketing within a B2C environment. 
• An analytical mindset and the ability to turn customer data into effective activations. 
• Experience in testing and optimising campaign performance and commercial impact. 
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to drive development across teams.
• Good English communication skills. Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and a relevant university degree are considered a plus.
