Oculus is giving Epic Games 250 Rift and Touch kits to provide to developers via the Unreal Dev Grants program, it was revealed by Epic Games Founder and CEO Tim Sweeney at their GDC keynote.
The program includes a $5,000,000 development fund to provide financial grants to innovative projects built in and around Unreal Engine 4. Grants are available to ‘anyone making cool things with UE4’ - their words - Students and educators, and Crowdsourcing Fundraisers.
