Tutela is a crowdsourced data monetization company that partners with mobile app and game developers to collect anonymous information about wireless network quality.
Tutela uses that data to create mobile network coverage maps and reports that they sell to telecoms. They share that revenue with mobile apps partners who integrate their SDK.
