Tamatem Plus is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our expansion efforts in the mobile gaming and e-voucher markets.

As a Partnerships Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build valuable partnerships, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and planning skills will be put to the test as you develop and execute plans to increase our presence in the mobile gaming and e-voucher markets.

The Role

Your role within Tamatem+'s world will include:

  • Build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, such as mobile gaming developers and publishers
  • Develop and implement sale and marketing strategies to target new clients and partners
  • Lead on negotiating contracts and partnerships with potential clients and partners
  • Managing budgets and resources to support business development efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Lead on closing deals, and working with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of agreed-upon solutions
  • Develops relationships with prospective new partners and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers to ensure retention
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs, desires, and concerns, then presenting solutions to meet those needs
  • Actively contribute to the product roadmap by coming up with new solutions that would boost partner satisfaction and increase game sales
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure partners needs are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Providing regular updates on progress and performance
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve common goals, including delegating tasks, setting clear expectations and providing support guidance to team members

You Have:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or any other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the mobile gaming industry

Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving business objectives
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Leveraging their existing network of game developers & publishers to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience with CRM software and tools to track and manage sales and client relationships
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior project management skills
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
