Three of our top PGC London 2020 speakers are organizing a breakfast for women in gaming next Tuesday
LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS, SIGN-UP REQUIRED!
With just a week to go before the latest Pocket Gamer Connects kicks off the year’s conference season, it’s time to start planning how you’ll spend your time in London. May we suggest that the best way to fortify yourself for day two of the event is at the women in gaming breakfast?
Taking place from 8:30am on Tuesday 21 January at Bad Egg – CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker St London – it’s a chance to get together and refuel for the second day of Pocket Gamer Connects London 2020 with other women working in the gaming industry. Note: registration is essential because only 50 seats available and they will fill up fast.
After a successful 2019, Anette Ståløy, Jayvian Hong and Aurora Klaeboe Berg are repeating the experience, inviting you to another "hangover" breakfast for women working in the games industry. Since most evenings are booked for parties and dinners, we all need a proper breakfast to make the most out of the conference. You’re invited to join the group on Tuesday 21 January 2020. As at the previous gatherings, you'll have to pay for what you decide to order (the event is independent and does not have a sponsor). Please register in advance because seats are limited. You are welcome to show up between 8:30-10:30.
"These informal breakfast events have turned out to be a great way to meet other women working in the industry, both existing and new connections," says Anette Ståløy, VP of Business & Marketing at DirtyBit. "Personally I also think that it's a great and fun way to start a busy day in a very casual setting, where there is no programme and where everyone just wants to talk to and get to know each other."
Please share this link with other women in the industry that you think would like to join. It will be a casual event and you can show up in any shape or form after the first hectic day of PGC talks, meetings, demos, dinners, parties and networking! We look forward to being hungover together.
