The focus of Sweden Game Conference is not only to cover business and development, but to include academia and research as well.

Last year the theme of the conference was Games and Politics: Reflections on power, play and changing perspectives and it had over 1,000 participants from 32 countries, 38 talks and panels by internationally renowned video games industry professionals, four workshops, four parties and three competitions!

The venue for the conference is once again Arena Skövde, and in addition to talks and panels, the conference will also offer Business Matchmaking, an Expo, an Award Dinner and an Official Party.
