Q: What do you do?

A: I’m the Founder/CEO of Eyetouch Reality (next generation VR/AR/MR tech) and Digi-Capital (AR/VR M&A adviser).

Q: What are your thoughts on the way the industry has grown in the last 12 months?

A: The absolute performance of VR/AR in 2016 was not as important as how it changed the trajectory of the market. The launch year delivered $2.7B VR revenue, with Pokémon Go’s outperformance helping AR to an unexpected $1.2B revenue, for a total $3.9B VR/AR market in 2016.
