Opposable Games has launched its new strategy game, Salvaged, on Steam Early Access for $12.99. The Early Access title features the full 20-level campaign, where players take control of the ship command terminal as Alex Pieterson, leading a squad of troops through shipwrecks as they look for valuable loot and fight off aliens.

Salvaged is available to play on standard displays with VR support for Oculus Rift, support for Vive will follow with the release of the full game within six months. The full version will also feature procedurally generated missions and collect player feedback for more individually balanced missions.

The game marks just the first instalment in this universe, as the Bristol-based game developer has been hard at work building the game’s lore, with a view to exploring other aspects in future releases.
